Jealousy, is that you?

Jealousy, not quite. But looking at a room like this today is making me feel overwhelmed; but hopeful. It’s also a reminder not to jump the gun on placing things and buying items. I want to have a purpose in where things go and how they’re arranged. I imagine so many things for our new home. Maybe not a pink dresser or floral curtains, but the completeness and inspired look is just what the doctor ordered. I’m going to try and remain patient and do one project at a time. I know that it’s going to take us some time to get things how we want them.  And how is that you ask? Oh wait, you didn’t ask. But I’ll tell you anyway, just in case. I want a tailored, traditional, modern, and eclectic thing to happen in our space. With pieces and things that make you say "Winning". I want our home to be welcoming, put together, and unique. And I want for it to stand out as something…I don’t know, how about, cool. Did I get enough adjectives in those descriptions?

  1. I saw this post today, too and thought that something about the way it's put together is something I could really go for. Can't wait until I own a place to begin putting together, too!
